  • Send the list once. We keep it on file and you edit only what changed rather than rewriting it every week.
  • Set a day and we will confirm the list the morning before, so anything unavailable gets solved before the trip rather than after.
  • You pay what the shop charged plus the delivery. We do not mark up goods, and you get the receipt to check it against.
  • Property managers running several houses can keep a separate list per property so the orders and the receipts do not get mixed up.

Being straight about what this is

  • This is a shopping and delivery service in bulk quantities. It is not a distributorship and we are not anybody's wholesaler.
  • We buy from the same shops and markets you would. For genuinely large volumes, a real distributor will beat us on price and we will tell you so rather than take the order.
  • Where we win is on the trip, not the price: no morning lost, no vehicle needed, and the heavy things carried by someone else.

The practical details

  • Tell us where it goes and how it gets in. Stairs, gates and a delivery window matter more for a bulk order than a small one.
  • Larger loads may need a bigger vehicle, which changes the fee. We say so when quoting, not on arrival.
  • Anything only sold in Managua — catering equipment, specialist supplies — is a Managua pickup instead, quoted as its own job.
