Hotel-to-hotel luggage transfer in Nicaragua
Move between towns without dragging everything with you. We collect your bags from one hotel reception and deliver them to the next, so you travel the same day carrying a day pack instead of a fortnight of luggage.
Delivery from C$184 in town and C$276 to the outer beaches. Every fee is agreed before we set off.

Why people use it
- Surfboards and dive gear do not fit on a shuttle that is already full, and the chicken bus is not the place to find that out.
- A morning at the Masaya market or the Granada cathedral is a better use of a travel day than sitting next to your own suitcase.
- Late checkout and early check-in rarely line up. The bags can move on their own schedule while you keep yours.
- Groups splitting up for a few days and meeting again somewhere else — the luggage goes straight to the meeting point.
How it works
- Tell us the two hotels, the date, and roughly what you are sending. A photo of the pile is the fastest way.
- We agree the price in writing before anything is collected. There is no meter and no surprise at the other end.
- Bags are handed to reception at the far end against your name, and we send you a message when they are there.
- Anything fragile, we would rather you told us first than found out afterwards.
Your bags and your safety
- The driver and the WhatsApp line both speak English, so nothing gets agreed in a language you do not have.
- The WhatsApp thread is your record: who is carrying the bags, when they were collected, and what was agreed.
- Handovers happen at hotel receptions, against your name — not at a bus terminal, not at the roadside.
- Anything valuable, keep with you; anything fragile, tell us first. We would rather set that expectation than surprise you.
Routes we run most
- Granada to San Juan del Sur, and back — the most common single leg on the gringo trail.
- San Jorge and the Ometepe ferry, where the crossing is the part luggage makes miserable.
- León and Las Peñitas, a long day by bus and a straightforward drive.
- Managua and Liberia airports, for the arrival and departure ends of a trip.
- Anywhere else in the country — ask, and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people for it.
Tell us what you need
Message us in English or Spanish. We answer by hand, so you get a real person and a real price rather than an automated reply.
