What we need from you

  • The pickup address, the shop or seller name, and someone we can call there.
  • The order or invoice number, a description, and a photo or product link.
  • How many packages, roughly how big and heavy, whether it is fragile, and its declared value.

Route days and price

  • Packages travel on scheduled consolidated routes, which is what keeps the price sane — you are sharing a vehicle rather than paying for one.
  • Every job is quoted individually. Nothing is charged until you have accepted the price in writing.
  • If your item is urgent enough to need its own trip, say so and we will quote that instead.

Proof at both ends

  • We photograph the package at pickup and again at delivery.
  • A declared value is used for handling care and any coverage we agree in writing. It is not an insurance policy, and we are not an insurer.
  • If a seller will only release goods to a named person, tell us in advance so the right name is on the paperwork.
