The heavy and awkward things

  • Large water bottles and refills, which are the single most common request.
  • Cleaning products, detergent, bin bags and paper goods.
  • Pet food, nappies and anything else sold in a sack you would rather not carry.
  • Gas canister exchanges, when we can arrange them — ask and we will tell you honestly.

Making a standing order

  • If you live here, send the same list weekly and we will keep it on file so you only edit what changed.
  • Property managers often run one household list per house — tell us which property and we will keep them separate.

What you pay

  • You pay what the shop charged, plus the delivery fee for your zone. We do not mark items up.
  • Send the list and we will give you a rough total before we go, so nothing about the final figure is a surprise.
  • You get the receipt with the order. Check it against what arrived — that is what it is for.
  • If something on your list is out of stock, we message you from the aisle and you decide. We do not pick a substitute on your behalf.
