Where the order is handed over

  • Hotels and hostels: at reception, to you or to the person on the desk, with your name and room on the order.
  • Villas and houses: at the door, or at the gate if that is how the property works. Tell us which when you order.
  • Gated communities: give us the name on the booking so the guard can let the driver through.
  • Surf camps and places up a dirt road: a map pin saves a phone call in the dark.

What to put in the order

  • Your name, the property name, your room or house number, and a phone number the driver can reach on WhatsApp.
  • A GPS pin if you have one. The checkout can take it straight from your phone.
  • Whether you are in town or out at the beaches: the fee is different, and the beach run has a minimum order.
