Not everything is stocked locally. Specialist medication, larger quantities and anything unusual are often only available in Managua, which is a two-and-a-half-hour drive that nobody wants to make twice.

We collect. A pharmacy prepares an order in your name, we pick it up and bring it to you.
We are not a pharmacy and give no advice on any medication, dose, substitution or suitability. Those questions belong to a pharmacist or a doctor, and we will say so rather than guess.
We do not choose or substitute medication. If what you asked for is unavailable, we tell you and you decide with the pharmacy — never us on your behalf.
For anything urgent, go to a local clinic or pharmacy. A scheduled run from Managua is the wrong tool for an emergency, and we would rather say that plainly.
