Age and responsibility

We do not deliver alcohol to anyone under 18. The driver may ask for ID and will not hand it over without it.
If an order arrives at a house, an adult has to receive it. We will not leave alcohol at a door unattended.
We can and do refuse orders. That is not a judgement, it is just where the line is.

What we can and cannot promise

We buy from shops in town, so what is available is whatever they have that day. Wine selection in particular varies a lot.
Tell us your second choice when you order. It saves a round of messages when the first thing is not on the shelf.
Cold matters. Say whether you want it cold or at room temperature, because a case straight off a warm shelf is a slow evening.
Ice is worth adding to almost every drinks order and is the most common thing people wish they had asked for.
