Two ways this works

  • You have already bought it. Send us the shop, the address and the order or collection reference, and we pick it up on our next Managua run.
  • You have not bought it yet. Tell us what you want and we find it, send you the price and photos of what is actually on the shelf, and buy it only once you say yes.
  • Either way you get proof of collection when we pick it up and proof of delivery when it reaches you.

What it costs and how long it takes

  • Managua pickups run on scheduled trips rather than on demand, so ask about the next run when you message. A dedicated same-day trip is possible and costs considerably more.
  • The price has two parts kept separate: what the item costs at the shop, and what the trip costs. We do not mark up the item and we do not hide the trip inside it.
  • Large or fragile items change the vehicle and therefore the price. A phone and a 55-inch TV are not the same job.

Worth knowing before you order

  • We are not a retailer and we do not carry stock. We are the person who goes and gets it, which means no warranty passes through us — your receipt is with the shop that sold it.
  • Check what voltage and plug type you need. Nicaragua runs on the same standard as the United States, which catches out arrivals from Europe.
  • For anything valuable, we will agree in advance how it travels and who signs for it. That conversation is worth having before the item is in a vehicle, not after.
