For residents with animals

This is the classic standing order. Send the list once, tell us roughly how often, and edit only what changes.
Ordering the large sack rather than the small one usually works out cheaper per kilo, and the weight stops being your problem once someone else carries it.
Pair it with the water and gas order. Same trip, one delivery fee, all the heavy things at once.

Vet and medication pickups

We can collect a prescription or prepared medication a vet has ready for you, the same as a pharmacy pickup.
We are not a veterinary service and cannot advise on any treatment or dose. We collect what a vet has already prepared in your name and bring it, nothing more.
For anything urgent involving an animal, go to the vet rather than messaging us. A delivery is the wrong tool for an emergency.
